Conditions of participation:

  • Please note that participation in a Boardercross or Slopestyle competition requires a very good technical knowledge of snow sports as well as an excellent physical condition.

  • The organizers decline all responsibility in case of accident or failure due to ill health, damage to equipment or material during the event.

  • Any accident will engage the individual responsibility of the concerned participant who must be in possession of a civil liability and accident insurance.

  • By validating your registration, you accept these conditions.

Course of the competition


  • Confrontation with 2, 3 or 4 participants per series on a boardercross track (rough race course, jumps and steep turns).


  • Number of competitors per series depending on the weather conditions. No individual times.


  • Direct elimination KO system. The first two of each run are qualified for the next round, except for some repechage runs (in this case, the race director will inform the competitors on the start line).


  • 2 runs minimum per person thanks to the repechage system.


  • The 6 best girls and boys, ski and snowboard, are qualified for the grand final in Leysin, on March 27th.


  • The program is subject to change depending on weather and visibility conditions!

  • 9h00 - 10h15: reconnaissance guided by pro-riders or giantXtour staff members and warm-up sessions

  • 10:30 am: Riders meeting Cross (Startgate), information about the qualifying phases and safety principles.

  • 10h45 - 12h30: Cross qualifications, BX start at 2, 3 or 4 (Ski & Snowboard)


  • 13h30 - 15h00:
    Cross Finals (Ski & Snowboard)

  • 3:30 pm: Award Ceremony
